Sun, Air and Water
In a nutsell: All you need to know
Sun
Ensure exposure to sunlight at least 15 minutes a day!
- Artificial light sources don’t have the full spectrum your body needs… so get out and enjoy the “sun energy”
- Beyond those 15 minutes, shield your skin of the UV rays with a sunscreen, and avoid too much direct sunlight where possible (stay in the shadow)
- Optimal Vitamin D intake is proven to have cancer protective effects
- To ensure optimal vitamin D levels, take additional supplements, e.g. 25mcg twice a week (even with an optimal diet + a basic multivitamin product, there is a shortfall of 7 - 12mcg/day)
- Especially when your skin is very fair or very dark, you will need additional vitamin D supplements
Air

Oxygen
Oxygen is the fuel for our body’s energy production – but: “free radicals” are formed throughout these processes and cause oxidative stress
- Oxidative stress is supposedly linked to over 70 chronic diseases!
- Free radicals damage every cell, every tissue, every organ in your body, they can target the DNA and cause abnormal function and induce cancer
- There is nothing you could do to avoid free radicals – but you can protect yourself!
- Increase your intake of anti-oxidants with your food choices plus a powerful anti-oxidant supplement
Water
2/3 of your body is Water – it’s the single most important “food”
- 4 days without water and you’ll die
- You are losing 2.5l of water every day through normal body functions and processes
- Stay hydrated – to replace the water lost, make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water / day
- Increase that intake throughout summer or if you live in a hot country, and with additional physical exercise
- Use a water filter – for optimal water quality
